| New Joint Venture Signed with TITUS & RUSKIN : |

Caryaire has signed a new Joint venture with two of the big brands of USA in the field of HVAC, namely, TITUS & RUSKIN and formed a new company CASC (Caryaire Air System Components Pvt. Ltd.). Air distribution Products, sound attenuators, louvers, dampers will be manufactuered using technologies from these brands. Titus and Ruskin brands are used in mega projects of airports world wide. |
